- How old do I need to be to rent?

- Can I take the UTV off-roading?
- NO, you cannot take our UTVs off road. Our UTVs are street legal and for the safety of you, our customer(s), and the integrity of the UTV, off-roading is NOT allowed. It is illegal to operate any vehicle off road in the Smoky Mountains National Park. Gravel roads where passenger cars are allowed to go are fine.
- Where can we drive the UTV?

You may operate our UTVs on any paved or gravel roads within the park where passenger vehicles are permitted. UTVs are classified as medium-speed vehicles with a maximum speed limit of 35 mph. Most roads throughout the park have a speed limit of 35 mph, while surrounding areas generally have limits of 45 mph or less.
The park and surrounding areas offer numerous scenic routes and motor trails that showcase breathtaking views. Our knowledgeable staff is available to provide maps, tailored route recommendations based on your rental duration, and assistance with using offline maps to enhance your experience.

- Can kids and pets ride?
- If your child requires a car seat, we kindly ask that you bring your own. Please note that our units are best suited for booster seats, as space is limited—particularly for rear-facing car seats. Fitment depends on the specific make and model of your car seat, and we cannot guarantee compatibility. For safety and liability reasons, All Out Adventure Rentals LLC is not responsible for the installation, use, or performance of any child safety seats. We also do not issue refunds due to car seat fitment issues. We highly recommend stopping by to test your car seat in the unit prior to making a reservation.
- Pets are allowed! We love fur babies; however, we recommend that you bring a blanket or two for them to sit on. We are not responsible for any potential harm to your pet, and you will be responsible for any rips, tears, or bodily fluid accidents. A fee may be charged accordingly. We ask you to please return the rental in the condition it was initially rented in.
- What if I return the UTV early or late?
Please note that no refunds are issued for early returns. Once your rental begins, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked for another customer.
Late returns are subject to additional fees:

-A $50 fee will be applied for returns that are up to 30 minutes late.

-Additional charges may apply for extended delays beyond 30 minutes.
Please plan your return time carefully. These are mountain roads, and travel distances may take longer than expected. For example, a 15-mile route could take up to an hour depending on terrain and conditions.
At All Out Adventure Rentals LLC, we strive to be honest and fair. While we prefer not to charge unnecessary fees, please understand that our UTVs are booked hourly, and delays can impact other guests’ reservations.

- Do I need to top off the UTV with gas?

All UTVs are provided with a full tank of Premium 93 octane fuel at the start of your rental. We kindly ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank of Premium 93 octane fuel and provide a fuel receipt as proof.
If the UTV is not returned with a full tank and a valid receipt, refueling charges will apply, including:

-The cost of fuel required to refill the tank, plus

-A $50 inconvenience fee
Failure to comply with this policy will result in these charges being charged to the card on file.

- Are the UTVs automatic?
- Yes, all vehicles are automatic.
- Are there parking passes required in the National Park?
- Yes, a parking pass is required for every vehicle parking for longer than 15 minutes within the park. All our vehicles come equipped with an annual parking pass.
- What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a reservation.
Modifications to an existing rental (such as changes to date, time, or vehicle type) may be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time, subject to availability.
Please note that changes made within 24 hours of the rental period may not be accommodated, and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

- Do you have a bad weather policy?
UTV rentals typically operate rain or shine, as weather conditions in the Smoky Mountains can change rapidly and without notice. However, rescheduling due to inclement weather may be permitted at our discretion and is subject to availability.
If rain is in the forecast, we recommend planning accordingly and dressing for the conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless All Out Adventure Rentals LLC determines it is unsafe to operate.
- Is there a deposit?
- We do not require a deposit to rent; however, we will hold your credit card on file to cover your deductible on our insurance.
- Do I need a reservation for the UTVs?

Reservations are recommended, especially during the peak tourist season, to ensure availability. However, walk-ins are also welcome. Our online booking process is quick and easy, providing a guaranteed UTV reservation.
Alternatively, you may call our store during regular business hours, and one of our knowledgeable staff members will assist you with availability and booking.

- We have parking spaces available for you to park your vehicle at our store.
Motorcycles/Mopeds
- What is required to rent a motorcycle?

- -Must be 21+ years old
- -A valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement
- -A helmet and closed-toed shoes (Helmets are available to rent if you do not bring your own. Availability is first come, first served, so we recommend reserving in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Sizes are limited to small, medium, large, & x-large)

- -Must be 21+ years old
- -A valid driver’s license
- -A helmet and closed-toed shoes (Helmets are available to rent if you do not bring your own. Availability is first come, first served, so we recommend reserving in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Sizes are limited to small, medium, large, & x-large)
- Do you have to have a motorcycle license to rent a moped?
- In the State of Tennessee, you do not need a motorcycle endorsement for mopeds.
- Do I have to have insurance for a motorcycle or moped rental?
- For motorcycles, you will be required to purchase full coverage insurance as an add-on during the checkout process with our insurance.
For mopeds, you will be required to purchase liability insurance as an add-on during the checkout process with our insurance.

- No, they are unlimited mileage.
- Do motorcycles and mopeds come with gas?

- Does All Out Adventure Rentals LLC offer luggage or baggage storage for customers who may have flown in?
- Yes, we do allow free storage for the duration of your rental in our office for your belongings.
- Can I take the motorcycle or moped off-road?
- Our motorcycles are adventure style on/off-road capable, and we actually encourage exploration of gravel forest service and fire roads. We have many suggestions for self-guided gravel and off-road routes to choose from.
- Mopeds need to remain on paved roads (unless parking in gravel parking lots or something of that nature). No off-roading.
- What if I damage the motorcycle or moped?

Renters are fully responsible for any and all damages to the motorcycle or moped during the rental period. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file as necessary.

- What if I have a mechanical breakdown?
- We work hard to maintain our motorcycles and mopeds the best we can to prevent any type of mechanical failures. However, they are machines and things do happen on occasion. In the event you need roadside assistance, we will make every effort to repair or replace your rental in a timely manner.

- Do you have gear?
- Yes, we do offer helmets, jackets, and gloves for $10 per day, per item. Helmets are required for all riders. If you do not have your own helmet to present at the time of rental, one must be rented from us. We do require each rider to wear closed-toe shoes. We do not offer any rental footwear.

E-bikes
- Can children ride an E-bike?
Renters must be at least 16 years old and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also renting. Please note that renters under the age of 18 are not permitted to rent e-bikes independently, even if they hold a valid driver’s license.

- -Must provide a valid driver’s license.
- -A helmet is required while riding our E-bikes. One will be included with the rental at no additional cost.

General FAQS
- Do you accept cash?
For all UTV, e-bike, motorcycle, and moped rentals, we do not accept cash payments. This is because we do not collect a security deposit at the time of rental. Instead, we securely store the credit or debit card used for the booking on file to cover any potential damages, loss, fuel charges, or excessive cleaning fees that may arise during or after your rental period. This policy helps us ensure accountability and streamline the rental process for all customers.
Cash payments are only accepted for Wheelie Machine sessions.

- Do you have military/veterans discount?
As a thank you for your service, we offer 10% off all rentals for active duty military, veterans, and their immediate families.
