UTVs

    • -21+ to rent

    • NO, you cannot take our UTVs off road. Our UTVs are street legal and for the safety of you, our customer(s), and the integrity of the UTV, off-roading is NOT allowed. It is illegal to operate any vehicle off road in the Smoky Mountains National Park. Gravel roads where passenger cars are allowed to go are fine. 
    • You may operate our UTV anywhere in the park that is paved or gravel where passenger cars are allowed to go. UTVs are classified as medium speed vehicles not to exceed 35 mph. Most roads throughout the park are 35mph and surrounding areas are 45mph or less.  There are a number of breathtaking motor trails and scenic routes throughout the park and surrounding areas. Our awesome staff is very knowledgeable of the area and can supply you with maps, suggestions per time frame, and even help you to understand offline maps. 
    • -Kids with car seats and booster seats are allowed. Our UTVs have standard 3-point seatbelts that can be passed through the car seat.
    • -Pets are allowed! We love fur babies; however, we recommend that you bring a blanket or two for them to sit on. We are not responsible for any potential harm to your pet, and you will be responsible for any rips, tears, or bodily fluid accidents. A fee may be charged accordingly. We ask you to please return the rental in the condition it was initially rented in.
    • -Unfortunately, there are NO refunds for early returns. That time slot is yours only and cannot be rented to anyone else during that time. 
    • -For late returns of 30 minutes, a $50 dollar fee will apply. Subsequent fees may apply the more you are late. Please be advised these are mountain roads! If GPS says 15 miles, it may take approximately an hour to drive. We at All Out Adventure Rentals strive to be honest and fair. We don’t want to have to charge any unnecessary fees, however, please remember our UTVs are booked hourly and that time could be allotted for other customers. 
    • All UTVs come with a full tank of Premium 93 octane fuel. We ask you to return the rental with a full tank of Premium 93 octane fuel or additional fees may be added. 
    • Yes, all vehicles are automatic.
    • Yes, a parking pass is required for every vehicle parking for longer than 15 minutes within the park. All our vehicles come equipped with an annual parking pass. 
    • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
    • We do allow you to reschedule due to rain at our discretion. Our UTV rentals are typically rain or shine, as the weather in the Smoky Mountains can change in a moment’s notice. If you think it may rain that day, please plan accordingly.
    • There is a $1000 refundable damage deposit held on the drivers provided credit or debit card. 
    • Reservations are recommended, especially during the busy tourist season. However, we do accept walk-ins. Our online booking process is simple and will guarantee you a UTV.  You can also call our store during normal business hours and one of our awesome staff members will let you know if we have any UTVs available. 
    • We have parking spaces available for you to park your vehicle at our store. 

Motorcycles/Mopeds

      • -Must be 21+ 
      • -A valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement
      • -A helmet and closed-toed shoes (if you don’t bring a helmet, we have them to rent)
    • -Must be 21+

    • In the State of Tennessee, you do not need a motorcycle endorsement for mopeds.
    • You may provide your own motorcycle rental insurance at no cost or motorcycle insurance may be purchased for $35 per day, paid after the time of booking (in person at our store). 
    • Technically, in the State of Tennessee you are not required to have insurance for a moped; however, we highly recommend that you do, and it can be purchased additionally. 
    • For motorcycles, our insurance deductible is your deposit (typically, $1000-3000 depending on the motorcycle/moped). 
    • No, they are unlimited mileage.
    • Yes, all our motorcycles and mopeds come with a full tank of premium 93 octane fuel. We ask that you please return them with a full tank of premium 93 octane fuel or additional fees may be added. 
    • Yes, we do allow free storage for the duration of your rental in our office for your belongings.
    • Our motorcycles are adventure style on/off-road capable, and we actually encourage exploration of gravel forest service and fire roads. We have many suggestions for self-guided gravel and off-road routes to choose from.
    • Mopeds need to remain on paved roads (unless parking in gravel parking lots or something of that nature). No off-roading.
    • You are responsible for any and all damages to the motorcycle or moped during your rental period. 
    • We work hard to maintain our motorcycles and mopeds the best we can to prevent any type of mechanical failures. However, they are machines and things do happen on occasion. In the event you need roadside assistance, we will make every effort to repair or replace your rental in a timely manner. 
    • Yes, we do deliver. Please call 865-252-3622 to inquire further. Additional fees may apply.
    • Yes. Helmets, jackets, and gloves are available at $10 per day, per piece. You may bring your own.

E-bikes

    • Yes, children 12+ may ride their own E-bike if accompanied by a parent/guardian.
    • -Must provide a valid driver’s license.
    • -A helmet is required while riding our E-bikes. One will be included with the rental at no additional cost.
