E-bikes are permitted on most paved roads, designated bike paths, and parking areas within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Popular options include Cades Cove Loop Road, which offers vehicle-free Wednesdays—typically from May through September—giving pedestrians and cyclists a chance to experience Cades Cove without motor vehicles. Other options include the Townsend Bike Trail and Historic Trail, the Gatlinburg Trail, Pigeon Forge Riverwalk Trail, Oconaluftee River Trail, Indian Creek Trail, Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, the Foothills Parkway, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Rental Time & Pricing Policy
We offer flexible pick-up and drop-off times during store hours to accommodate your schedule. However, please note that our rental rates are based on specific time blocks (e.g., 4-hours, 12-hours, etc.) that can be found below.
If your selected rental duration does not exactly match one of our set time blocks, the rate will be rounded up to the next pricing tier. For example, a rental from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (7 hours) will be billed at the 9-hour rate.

All E-bike rentals come with a helmet, a cargo bag, and a bike lock at no additional cost!
Additional Accessories
For those who want to travel with their E-bikes rentals to surrounding areas, you may rent a Hollywood Rack that attaches to your vehicle’s hitch for a daily rate of $50. For 2″ hitches only.
